Just looking through what the estate agents have to offer at the moment.. and at the top of an agents page, is a state of the art mansion next to one of the marina’s, going for A CASUAL NINE-MILLION POUNDS.
Nothin major.
I mean, I’m used to seeing properties floating around for 1 and 2 million, you get the odd 3.5 million, but this is the first 9 I have seen! I’m very sure that there’s properties on this Island that go for 10 times that.. you just don’t really hear about it.
There is more to love about this island than there is to hate. This is one of the reasons I have no sympathy for anyone being a whiny little bitch with their ‘omfg, i hate this island so much. there’s nothing to do. it’s so sheltered. i just wish i could move, omgomgomg..’
You have no fucking idea how LUCKY you are to live on an Island like ours. I might make my own reality show, about throwing a random, ungrateful Victoria College kid out into the UK. Or shit, maybe just Harlem.
See how much fucking complaining they do when they get back. (..if.)
